Sean and the guys did clean work, quickly, and were friendly and great with communication throughout. I also had a small hiccup with financing and Sean was gracious enough to extend my payment out for a couple of weeks, which is a rarity in my experience with contractors. Look no further if you are looking for an inexpensive local contractor.

Bought an abandoned building and the crew turned it into a gorgeous modern two family in under two months! Sean was about as great of a contractor as you could ask; informed, reasonable, insightful!

Sean and his team are class acts! I needed a contractor that could handle jobs that are out of my scope. After going through about 3 other contractors that proves to be unreliable, I found Sean. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very communicative. He was able to fit me in amongst his busy schedule. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail, and can’t wait to work with him more! I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Before my deck was absolutely deplorable & unable to be used (It was actually falling down) safety was a great concern to say the least. Smith Brothers did above & beyond what we expected.The crew was always on time, exceptionally polite,Kind & professional. Working at times in sub 0 weather Snow & rain what a magnificent crew! Through rain, snow sleet and hail Smith Brothers "Never Fail". I/we will not hesitate to call upon them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Don't get me wrong,I did do my due diligence before Hiring. I'm not an easy sell & I'm sure I might have given him(Sean) a hard time with ALOT of questions (as any homeowner should do). Sean freely gave references, that checked out. He was not the least nor the most expensive. Lastly one of the things that I Appreciated was the constant communication. When any issue arose, Sean took time to explain what & how it happened & how to fix it. & above all "Trust the process". Cant recommend Sean and his team enough. He fixed our bathroom ceiling after plumbers had to cut it out to fix a leak - got someone out immediately - on a Saturday even - to take care of it and it came out perfect! We also used him to paint the exterior of our home along with repairing/ replacing damaged clapboards. Our house looks brand new! Super responsive and fair prices! Next up - a new garage :)
